At Love You More, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order, including sizing, personalization, colors, and other selections, before completing your purchase.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because many of our products are made to order, customized, or personalized specifically for each customer, custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please make sure all names, sizes, colors, and other customization details are correct before submitting your order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at cheyennecrouse@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective, Love You More may offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the order and work to correct the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may not be changed or canceled once production has begun.
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Requests are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion based on the status of the order.
Sale Items
Sale, discounted, promotional, custom, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Refunds
Love You More does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, incorrect selections, failure to review an order before purchasing, or buyer’s remorse.
